Grit Size :

Available in all grits and micro grits as per FEPA standards. It is chosen based on the quantity of material removal and desired finish.

Concentration :

It means the quantity of Diamonds or CBN in the rim. 100% concentration means 4.4 carats per Cubic Centimeter. A high concentration means the wheel lasts longer, denser and less malleable. It is very necessary to select the right grit size and concentration to achieve the best results while grinding.

Shape :

All shapes and sizes available as per FEPA standards. Special shapes and sizes can also be supplied as per customer's requirements.

BONDS :

The most important part of the wheel. The right bond holds the grit unit it is optimally worn out. Insufficient bond holding causes a quick wearing out of the wheel where as an excessive holding generate high temperature and clogs the wheel effecting its cutting action. Our bonds are prepared with synthetic materials of various characteristics to give the best advantage.
